FAQs
How do credits work?
Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. A lullaby costs 1 credit, a musical 2, and an optional AI cover image +1. Credits are charged on success only, so failed generations never cost you anything.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, with no rollover and no overage. Pick the plan that fits your typical monthly volume and upgrade anytime as you grow.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Once your monthly credits are used up the API returns a 402 until your cycle renews or you upgrade. You can upgrade instantly from the dashboard and pick up right where you left off.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are instant from the dashboard, with billing prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades and cancellations are handled through the billing portal on your subscription page.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. Enterprise plans support custom volumes, invoicing, and terms; contact sales to set one up.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 credits every month so you can build and test against the real API before you commit to a paid plan.
